The Global Collective Project

The Global Collective Project (GCP), a multidisciplinary team that researches, explores and builds at the intersection of creativity, technology and science. We exist as groups of individuals across unconventional and traditionally separate fields of work and study, made possible by performing fundamental research, building models, designing new AI-native workflows, products and tools, and working with diverse communities.

This collaborative initiative started thanks to the sponsorship of DHCB Lab being the technology, R&D arm and Nia Research Institute being the creative arm. The GCP is focused on investing, researching and building systems that capture, structure, and extend value across domains.

This happens across two primary layers:

  • Nia Research Institute + Nia Technologies, works on combining creative acumen with technological breakthroughs

  • DHCB Lab, works on taking tech and AI research into applied grounds traditionally away from tech

How We Work

  • Research + Systems: We study how work actually happens across disciplines, then translate that into structured models, workflows, and tools.

  • Product + Deployment: Products like nOS are used as live environments to test, refine, and scale these systems in real-world conditions.

  • Founder + Ecosystem Integration: Through DHCB Lab, we support founders directly—qualifying ideas, enabling execution, and connecting them to high-leverage networks across the U.S., Europe, and MENA.

Network & Access

The project operates as a distributed network of researchers, builders, and operators.

Access includes:

  • Technical and research talent connected to MIT, Harvard, USC, and leading AI labs

  • Market entry pathways across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Europe

  • High net worth individuals, celebrities, multidisciplinary creative professionals, enterprises and brands across Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Johannesburg and Cape Town

  • Collaboration with experienced founders, operators, and institutional partners

Principles

  1. Systems over outputs: We focus on building infrastructure that persists beyond individual projects.

  2. Intelligence as a layer: Work is treated as data that can be structured, learned from, and reused.

  3. Research and execution combined

  4. Products and real-world deployment inform research, not the other way around.

Participation

We work with:

    •    Researchers

    •    Founders

    •    Creative and technical operators, professionals and enterprises

Engagement ranges from workshops and collaborations to building and deploying systems together.
